We use Calendly to schedule appointments and Tern as our customer relationship management and travel-planning platform to manage client profiles, trip details, communications, documents, and related travel information. Planning-fee payments are processed by Stripe through Tern. These providers process information under their own privacy notices and their agreements with us.

When travel is requested or booked, we may share information with hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, transfer providers, insurance providers, host agencies, and other suppliers as reasonably necessary to provide the requested services.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, and understand website use. We use Google Analytics when a visitor allows analytics cookies.
